    Almira Agosto is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Somatic Experience Practitioner, which is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and stress-related disorders. Over the past decade, Almira has specialized in working with people who have survived personal, community, and service-related trauma, including Veterans and 1st Responders. In addition, Almira’s clinical experience includes working in Substance Use and Mental Health Disorder residential and outpatient programs.  She is committed to helping all people receive the right information, guidance, and opportunities to access their internal strengths and resources to help them unleash their power to heal and realize their highest vision of self.

    With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the behavioral health and substance use disorder field, Jaime is a trusted resource for families navigating treatment options and a dedicated advocate for client care. Her journey began in operations—managing sober living homes and working as an Office Manager—before earning her certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor and Admissions Specialist. She quickly became known for her ability to build trust, improve client retention, and guide individuals through crisis with empathy and clarity.

    Jaime has held a range of leadership roles, including Program Director, Director of Alumni Services, and Business Development Representative. She’s also certified in intervention services, sober transport, and BioSound Therapy—offering a unique blend of clinical insight and practical support. Her strength lies in relationship-building, whether with clients, families, or industry partners, and she brings that same passion to her work today as a proud representative of Valiant Behavioral Health.

    Kristin Robert is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with over 17 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field. She has served in leadership and clinical roles across detox, residential, and outpatient settings, including a decade as Executive Director of a Malibu treatment center. Kristin specializes in working with individuals navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges, providing both practical tools for recovery and deeper exploration of the underlying patterns that drive self-destructive behaviors.

    Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), depth psychology, and trauma-informed care, Kristin creates a supportive environment where clients can begin to untangle old narratives, strengthen coping strategies, and build meaningful connections in sobriety. She is passionate about guiding individuals and families through the recovery process with compassion, authenticity, and hope.
